The South Coast Club

1.Membership and benefits

• People who join this club receive discounted rates for the work they are having done with us (Jobs that qualify for the scheme are Single & Double Storey Extensions, Loft Conversions, Conservatories, Orangeries and Garage Conversions)

• The primary exchange for the discounted rates is that the members allow prospective clients or new customers to visit their property to view the work that’s been done on their property by South Coast Construction. 

• These visits would usually be arranged at a time when a potential client is considering hiring the company for a similar job and wants to see the quality of workmanship we provide. Of course the time would need to suit our client too. 

2. Club Responsibilities:

• Homeowner’s Role: Members agree to let the company send 5 potential clients to their home to view completed projects. These visits may be scheduled in advance and might involve brief tours or explanations of the work done.

• Company’s Role: In return for these visits, the company provides members with the agreed-upon discount on services (for example a discount on the job you are having or extra work on your property). The company may also offer exclusive deals or bonuses to members who host multiple visits after they have done their obligatory 5 visits.

• A homeowner joins the club for a discounted extension job.

• After the work is completed, the company arranges a tour of the homeowner’s property for a prospective client who is interested in similar services

• The prospective client gets to see the results firsthand before deciding to hire the company.

This approach can be a win-win: the company gets marketing exposure through direct client interaction, and the homeowner gets discounted services in return for being part of the showcase.
